Thank You
Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. Your input is helping build a clearer picture of what it really takes to create workplaces where people — not just performance — can thrive. We don't take that lightly, and we're genuinely grateful.
Human Centric Coaching (HCC) is an ICF-accredited coach training organisation based in Singapore. We train leaders, managers, and coaches to bring human centricity into how they lead — without losing sight of performance and results.

2. A Question Worth Sitting With
We often walk into conversations trying to be helpful — but sometimes "helpful" is really about managing our own discomfort, not actually meeting the other person's need.
Before your next difficult conversation, try asking yourself:
"Whose need am I really meeting right now?"
It's a simple question but most leaders, even experienced ones, find it surprisingly hard to answer honestly in the moment.
Are you stepping in because it truly helps them? Or because staying quiet feels uncomfortable for you?
Humancentric leadership doesn't start with a new framework or a better script. It starts with noticing your own instinct before you act on it.
If reflections like this resonate, we share more in our short, no-fluff email series
--> The Leader They'd Choose Again
3. Coaching for Good
As part of our commitment to making human-centric coaching more accessible, we're launching Coaching for Good — up to 4 complimentary coaching sessions offered by our coaches-in-training as part of their certification journey.
There's no fee. Instead, if the session is meaningful to you, we simply invite you to make a donation of any amount to a cause we support together.
It's a small way for us to give back — and a meaningful way for our coaches to grow.
